  3. Wishlist of books

I’m considering starting reading books again! Since finishing university I haven’t really read that much new theory or philosophy.

    I want’ to change that.

I want to read the new Wittgenstein book Culture and Value and I want to read Batesons writings again - or at least Steps to an ecology of mind, Mind and Nature and Angels Fear. I also want to read Deleuze to figure out how that can contribute to my understanding of the world as a constantly emerging process. I want to dig into the theory of complexity, systemic theory, network and technology. What else should I read?

I should probably also consider reading some fiction. I might do that during the winter holiday in Austria

  4. Johanna Blakley talks about how low IPR in the fashion industry fosters innovation and creativity. She argues that other creative industries could learn from fashion. But will the same model work for music, books and photos? All of these industries have been challenged by the social web where information travels faster than anything else.

  5. Copenhagen is celebrating Twitter at it’s very own festival. And this year they are raising money to Concern. I’m definitely going to be there - you should too!

Defining stage - now with a sneak-peak website: www.sociabilityfactor.com
This is what I’m working at the moment. It’s a tool to kickstart conversations about sociability in organizations and a tool which can be used to measure social capital

  8. Police chase an armed criminal in a version of Los Angeles comprised entirely of corporate logos. If you love logos and animation this is a must see. The short movie is nominated for an Oscar and is directed by the H5 group, which was founded by Ludovic Houplain. A few days ago I found the video on Vimeo, but it has been removed due to a copyright claim. Check out the trailer or search the Internet for the full version yourself
